Whether coaching soccer, advocating for sustainable food systems, trying to stay fit and eating healthy, or hiking the land with my dog, I find inspiration in movement, connection, and the ever-evolving story of our planet

Don Ignis, the Fossil Don, fuels a relentless addiction to oil and gas, spreading fire and smoke in his wake. Don Apathyss, the Don of Indifference, whispers that nothing you do will ever matter, draining hope and action from those who dare to dream of something better. Don Glacia, the Melting Don, accelerates the warming of the planet, leaving devastation in his icy wake. Don Voro, the Devouring Don, consumes forests, oceans, and wildlife, representing the insatiable greed of those who strip the planet of its resources. Don Draconia, the Don of Greed, manipulates power and profit at the expense of everything else, while Don Shade, the Social Media Don, twists truth into lies, spreading misinformation and feeding despair.

These villains are not mythical monsters. They are real, and their influence is everywhere—in the industries polluting the earth, the corporations putting profit over people, the politicians turning a blind eye, and the endless cycle of apathy that tells you nothing can be done. But they can be defeated.
